Troy K. Rivera has been an attorney since 1999 and joined our office in 2005, and his primary area of practice is personal injury law. He is a US Army Military Police K-9 veteran.
Before joining our office, Troy was a Major Felony Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County and has extensive experience in prosecuting major felonies, including murders. Troy leads the State of Indiana for the most reported civil jury trials; recognized as the most prolific trial attorney by the Indiana Jury Verdict Reporter.
Troy is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and all Circuit and Superior Courts in the State of Indiana, along with the US District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Troy was selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also been a speaker for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Troy was selected to the 2026 Indiana Super Lawyers list.
