James (“Jim”) Hurt has been an attorney since 2016, has been licensed in Indiana since 2017, and joined our office in 2018. Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, Jim graduated from the University of Dayton, where he played baseball for the Dayton Flyers.
He has represented hundreds of injured plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, auto accidents, slip and falls, and product liability cases. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, all trial courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Jim was selected to the Rising Stars list for 2020–2026.
