Brad Smith has been an attorney since 1995 and joined our office in 2001. His practice solely focuses on personal injury lawsuits. He has extensive trial experience and has handled hundreds of litigation files. In fact, Brad is the #2 plaintiff’s attorney in Indiana for the most reported cases between 2000 and 2025, highlighting his considerable courtroom experience representing injured people across the state. Brad is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and all Circuit and Superior Courts in the State of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Brad was selected to the Super Lawyers list for 2010-2026.
