Dean is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association and received his degree from Indiana University. Dean has practiced before the Federal and State Courts as well as the Indiana Supreme Court and has been admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney since 1980. Brent joined our office in 2011. Brent has extensive experience in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability and personal injury law. Brent is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Southern Cherokee Nation and is also the past chairman of Indiana's Native American Indian Affairs Commission. Brent is board certified as a civil trial advocate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Brent is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (President, 2003-2004), Association of Trial Lawyers of America (State Delegate, 1996-1999), Fellow of Indiana College of Trial Lawyers, National Native American Bar Association, and Indiana State Bar. Brent is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, all Circuit and Superior Courts, and the United States District Courts in the State of Indiana. Brent handles only serious injury and wrongful death cases.
